Flagship report
A periodic inspection and testing report for existing electrical installations, to AS/NZS 3019 with AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3017. Completed on iPad on site, ready to hand to insurers, auditors and owners’ committees.
What it is
ASCEND EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) records the condition of an existing electrical installation: what was inspected, what was tested, the results and the defects found, in one document managers can pass on with confidence.
Inspection and testing of existing installations to AS/NZS 3019, referencing AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and AS/NZS 3017 (verification and testing).
Results and observations are entered into a fillable report on site, so the paperwork is finished when the inspection is.
Clear documentation for insurers, auditors and owners’ committees, without chasing the electrician for notes later.
Planned return visits so the report stays current between audits, AGMs and insurance renewals.

Who it’s for
If you are accountable for a building’s electrical safety record, ASCEND EICR is designed around your paperwork trail.
